Ingredients

Three layers of butter cake baked with our special unprocessed Marou©️ cocoa. Filled with French Marou©️ chocolate buttecream, Marou©️ ganache, roasted almonds and homemade sour cherry jam. Garnished with Marou©️ cocoa nibs, dry jasmine flowers and hibiscus.

L’Origine

The inspiration for this cake is the exceptional Marou©️ Chocolate 65% from Vietnam itself.

We wanted this cake to be nostalgic and classic and make justice to the chocolate.

We called it L’Origine because of the single origin Vietnam our chocolate and because it is a reminiscence of the past in a way you would not expect.

Good morning Vietnam

We fell in love with Marou©️ when we first walked into their store in Hanoi. Little did we know that exactly one year later, we would import this special chocolate from Vietnam for our Rubi cakes collection.
