Two layers of Marou cocoa cake floating in light and fresh cream with our superior Marou chocolate, single origin Vietnam. Between the cream and the cake are “hidden” pears quenched with rum and caramelized hazelnuts.

Garnished with pear, caramelized hazelnuts and dehydrated pineapple

Size S – Diameter 15 cm. Serves 6 – 8 portions
Size M – Diameter 20 cm. Serves 12 – 14 portions
Size L – Diameter 25 cm. Serves 24 – 26 portions

Hymn to chocolate

When we created the first chocolate cake – “L’Origine” – we realized that with a chocolate like Marou, we could do anything.

So to our new cake, Mr. Perfect, we let the chocolate reveal its original notes, with a delicate and not overpowering taste. mr. Perfect is perfect for hot days.

Meet the perfects

To create our new cakes we went back in time. We tried to remember the Parfait cakes. Why were they called that, and what was special about them.

Parfait, which is read Parfe and means perfect, is a dessert with layers of cake, light cream and fruit or nuts. So we also played with the concept of the parfait cake, and in a play on words we titled it the perfect couple.

The indisputable influence of cinematography pushed us even further and in the end we presented you with “Meet the Perfects”.
