Three layers of butter cake baked with our special unprocessed Marou©️ cocoa. Filled with Marou 75% chocolate cream, Marou 75% dark ganache, roasted hazelnuts and slightly spicy raspberry ginger jam. Garnished with Marou 75% chocolate chips, and hazelnut chips.

Size S – Diameter 15 cm. Serves 6 – 8 portions
Size M – Diameter 20 cm. Serves 12 – 14 portions
Size L – Diameter 25 cm. Serves 24 – 26 portions

The cake should be consumed at room temperature (20 degrees C), so we suggest you keep it out of the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before consumption.

It gets better

Just when we thought we had nothing more to add to the chocolate cake, the new Marou 75% single origin, Vietnam chocolate arrived.

We then combined all of our favorite things: roasted hazelnuts, soft chocolate cream and raspberry jam.

But just like Pompeii that was destroyed and simultaneously preserved by the heat, we decided to add an extra element. Spicy.

On the 10th anniversary of the most famous Vietnamese chocolate in the world, MAROU, we decided to bring this new exclusive cake.

 

Until now, in all our Rubi creations we have used the luxurious Marou 65% chocolate without compromise, but we wanted to close this first year with something even more special.
