Refund Policy
At Taste Rubi, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 1 day to request a return from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@tasterubi.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as cakes and desserts, unless there is a quality issue or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
