Shipping

We currently ship to Tirana, Albania. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. 

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at +355677070979

Pick Up

We offer pick up options for customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person. Our pick up location is Rr. Milto Tutulani, TiranĂ«, 10, ShqipĂ«ri and pick up hours are Monday – Friday: 10:00-18:00 and Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00. You can select the pick up option at checkout.

We aim to have your order ready for pick up within 24 hours after order is received or on the date that is otherwise stated. You will receive a text message with the confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up.

If you are unable to pick up your order during the designated pick up hours, please contact us to arrange for an alternative pick up time.
